# OpenSeaにNFTが表示されない

NFT獲得ボタンに「**すでに取得済みです**」と記載されているにも関わらず、OpenSeaでNFTが表示されないといったお問い合わせをいただくことがあります。

### 原因

OpenSea側の読み込みに時間がかかっていることが考えられます。

稀にNFTを獲得してから、2\~3時間反映されない事例もございます。

### 対応策

対応策は主に2つあります。

1. OpenSeaに反映されるまでお待ちいただく。\
   稀に2\~3時間経過後にOpenSeaに反映されることがございます。
2. お待ちいただいても反映されない場合、お手数ですが**配布者様**に下記手順に従ってメタデータを変更していただく必要がございます。

a. 「クエスト一覧」から該当のクエストを選択します。

b. 画面左のメニューから「**NFT**」をタップします。

c. 「**メタデータを変更する**」をタップします。

d. 指定の入力事項を埋めていただき、「変更する」をタップすると完了します。

この後、NFTを**既に取得済みの方**は、お手数ですがOpenSeaにてメタデータを更新する必要がございます。
